Non-negotiable boundaries
- Pulse CRM remains canonical for leads, contacts and call records until explicitly approved migration. Preserve and integrate read-only first.
- The master OS is a control plane, navigation and orchestration shell — no duplicated canonical records.
- Property inventory and bookings require explicit owners; both are currently TBD.
- Finance systems remain separate sources of truth until audited and reconciled.
- Same-name and remix projects may contain distinct code. Confirm IDs and perform a feature diff before recommending consolidation.

Confirm distinct project IDs and owners. Inspect schemas, production dependencies, write paths, permissions and staging isolation. Compare capabilities without copying customer data.
Exit gate: Owner-signed canonical map, isolation evidence and approved read-only contract. No production connection in this phase.

Metro / property inventory, bookings and every finance / ERP candidate.
Compare unit identifiers, availability, booking authority, payment handovers and ledger responsibilities. Keep finance systems separate during review.
