SAMPLE BOOKING HANDOVER · v0.1 · NOT APPROVED POLICY Responsible roles: sales coordinator, inventory owner and finance reviewer. 1. Sales coordinator records the unit reference and customer request in Pulse only after integration approval. 2. Inventory owner confirms current availability and booking authority; prototype availability is not evidence. 3. Obtain the approved price sheet and written terms from the authorised owner. 4. Finance reviewer checks the invoice reference in the separate finance system. No collection is processed here. 5. Escalate missing ownership, conflicting pricing or absent approvals before making any commitment. 6. Hand over the approved references and follow-up date to the responsible coordinator. Required evidence: owner confirmation, approved terms and finance reference. Do not use this prototype as a real booking system.
